- Buttercrunch - butterhead lettuce valued for its thick, tender leaves that melt in your mouth
- Romaine - popular lettuce grows 8 to 12 inch folded heads. Highest nutrional value of any lettuce.
- Simpson Elite - excellent leaf lettuce that can be harvested whole or take a few leaves at a time and they will regrow
- Joi Choi - fast growing hybrid for of the oriental vegetable Bak Choi
- Bright Lights - with it's multi-colored leaves this Swiss Chard is pretty as well as tasty.

- Kelsae Swiss Giant - huge mild, sweet spanish onion. Not the greatest keeper but exceptional fresh taste.
- Walla Walla - produces flattened ultra mild, sweet bulbs that store moderately well
- Ruby Red - produce medium sized red onions that store well
- Leek - related to onions, leeks form long cylindrical shapes instead of the round bulb of an onion. Hill them just as you would onions

Celery is a heavy feeder and drinker, so fertilize every 2 -3 weeks and keep well watered.
